Berlin Office

We look forward to welcoming everyone to our Berlin office, which is located at Köpenicker Str. 10A. May that be your permanent work space, or just a brief stop on your travel route. We share our office with velvont, a content strategy boutique.

Access

Employees who come to the office regularly receive

• a key to enter the building,
• a key to enter the office.

If you don’t have a key and come to the office infrequently, it’s best to contact one of our team members beforehand, e.g. by posting in the #office chat space.

Desk Policy

Our desks are unoccupied and for sharing. Pick one when you come to the office. Just make sure, when leaving, remove all personal items from the shared desk.

Every desk is equipped with at least the following:

• 1-2 Displays
• Webcam
• Keyboard
• Mouse

Connect your computer with a USB-C cable. To use multiple displays you need to install the DisplayLink Manager. Other devices should be working without additional drivers. Your computer should be charging without an additional charger.

When in a longer call, please use the meeting room. For shorter calls use a headset with noise cancelling technology to avoid distractions for others. We’ve made good experiences with the Plantronics Blackwire 5220 Headset (USB-C). If you don’t have one yet, get one and file an expense report.

Drinks & Food

We provide water, soft drinks and coffee in the office. For lunch, we encourage everyone to stand up from their desks or even go out to take a thorough mental break. There are a variety of options within a 10 minute walking radius. You can also store your own food in the fridge.
